Erläuterungen zum Planungsüberblick
The Planning Overview should give basic information about major plannings and developments within a city, as well retrospective as for the future.
Besides the information from our office building pipeline for 20 cities and the extensive list of shopping centers and retail parks, which also can be found in the Basis Module, this list is covering mainly special use property and
developments with indirect property market relevance, e.g. extensions of universities, motorways or bigger urban plannings without precice use concepts for the time being (e.g. conversion, restructuring or re-use of old-industries, military or other areas in a city).
But nevertheless these developments are able to give indications on how active a property market is.
Because our database is kept in german there are several fields not translated into english, the following table should provide some help to identify the meaning of abbreviations and terms.
