| Definition: The Lease Probability indicates chances for new lettings or re-let chances for new and existing properties within the industrial and in particular logistic segment. These are based on take-up and demand in 2005 and are valid for 2006. The marks for assessing these chances are according to german school marks where 1 is the top and 6 is the bottom mark.
