Population Change

Definition:
Natural Population Change
Births are defined as live births, and Deaths are defined as all registered deaths excluding still births, subsequently reported dead soldiers or legal death declarations.

The natural population change is calculated by subtracting deaths from births.

Migration
In-Migration is the sum of registered people moving into a city, without having been registered as 'main resident' in that city already. In contrary to this Out-Migration is the sum of registered people moving out to either another german city, being counted as in-migration there, or to other country.

The net migration is calculated by subtracting out-migration from in-migration.
